De Z-1 HDv Shell-jas met afneembaar vest is qua functionaliteit een van de paradepaardjes uit onze collectie. Ons idee is dat als je maar één jas gaat kopen voor skiën, bergbeklimmen, wandelen, reizen of zowat het hele jaar door buitengebruik - dat ook voor gebruik in de stad is; woon-werkverkeer of als regenbescherming in de stad, dan is dit hem. Functionaliteit en stedelijke veelzijdigheid is waar het bij The Mountain Studio om draait.

Gebruik het als de buitenste schil van een lagensysteem en combineer het met een geïsoleerde tussenlaag en je hebt een perfecte jas voor koud weer. Of gebruik hem met een technische tussenlaag of dunne trui en je bent helemaal klaar voor skiën bij normaal weer of een andere buitenactiviteit. Het hele jaar door.

Let op: Kleur Forest Green heeft onderarmventilatie, Zwart heeft deze functie niet, kies wat je voorkeur heeft.

3-laags GORE-TEX® Pro is de meest technische versie van het GORE-TEX®-membraan. De Gore-stof maakt het duurzaam waterdicht, volledig winddicht en extreem ademend.

Het geïntegreerde snap in/out vest is geïsoleerd met PrimaLoft® Gold Eco, met 55% gerecyclede materialen. Het biedt een uitstekende isolatie in verhouding tot zijn gewicht - dat overigens minimaal is. De gepatenteerde microvezelstructuur vangt lichaamswarmte op om je warm te houden, maar het materiaal heeft geweldige vochtafvoerende eigenschappen. Bovendien houdt de PrimaLoft® Gold Eco je warm, zelfs als het nat is, omdat het 96% van zijn warmte vasthoudt. Zowel het vest als de buitenschaal kunnen natuurlijk los als losstaand materiaal worden gebruikt.

Het pièce de resistance van deze jas is de innovatieve zachte isolatiebarrière in de rand van de capuchon, nek en in de manchetten. Deze ultralichte en ultrazachte Sorona®-isolatie maakt je niet alleen warm, maar zorgt er ook voor dat deze schaal zeer comfortabel aanvoelt.

The Z-1 HDv Shell jacket with a detachable vest is feature-wise one of the flagship pieces of our collection. Our idea is that if you are going to buy just one jacket for skiing, mountaineering, hiking, travelling or just about any year-round outdoor use – that also is for urban use; commuting to work or as rain protection in the city, then this is the one. Functionality and urban versatility is what The Mountain Studio is all about.

Use it as the outer shell of a layering system and combine it with an insulated mid-layer and you have a perfect cold weather jacket. Or use it with a technical mid-layer or thin jersey and you are all set for normal weather skiing, or any other outdoor activity. All year round.

3-Layer GORE-TEX® Pro is the most technical version of the GORE-TEX® membrane. The Gore fabric makes it durably waterproof, completely windproof, and extremely breathable.  

The integrated snap in/out vest is insulated with PrimaLoft® Gold Eco, with 55% recycled materials. It provides excellent insulation in relation to its weight – which by the way is minimal. The patented microfiber structure captures body warmth to keep you warm, yet the material has great wicking properties. In addition, the PrimaLoft® Gold Eco keeps you warm even when wet, as it retains 96% of its warmth. Both the vest, and the outer shell can of course be used separately as stand-alone pieces.

The pièce de resistance of this jacket is the innovative soft insulation barrier inside the brim of the hood, neck and in the cuffs. This ultralight and ultrasoft Sorona® insulation not only makes you warm, but it also makes this shell feel very comfortable to wear.
