RETURN CONDITIONS
All items can be returned to us within 14 days. This is possible if the items are clean and unworn , in their original condition , and have the original tags attached.
Trying on items hygienically is, of course, permitted. We therefore recommend trying on and testing the shoes on soft surfaces (e.g., carpet).
If you wish to return the item, please ensure that you do not dirty the item and return it to us in its original condition.
If you no longer have a Match box, you can use another box for your return, provided the item(s) fit properly and cannot be damaged.
How can I return my order?
Returns by post:
Please notify us of your return by email. We'd like to know why you no longer want the item.
We'll then send you a personal link to our MyParcel (PostNL) returns portal. We'll use the email address you provided with your order.
Follow the steps on the Match/MyParcel portal, print the return label, and stick it on your package. Make sure you pack the items securely and seal the package, and take it to your nearest PostNL location. You will be responsible for the shipping costs upon returning your package.
Please keep your proof of shipment until your return has been processed by us.
Returns in store:
You can also return/exchange your order in our store. You don't need to bring a box, but you do need to bring the invoice and the included return form.

Can I return multiple orders in the same box?
You can return items in the same box. This includes items from separate orders or from different orders. You must include all return forms in the box. Then, place the return sticker from one order on the box.
I returned my order. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your package, we'll do our best to refund the purchase price as quickly as possible. With Shopify, this takes up to 15 days, but is usually much faster! You'll receive the refund using the same method you used to pay.
